• After completing the save process, you can follow the process from the Process screen that appears, and you can also contact and message the responsible people.

• The nonconformity you have recorded reaches the responsible person/persons and the process they manage appears on the screen as a notification. In this way, you can easily track the stage of nonconformity.

• You can also edit and review the information of the nonconformity you have created with the edit button on the process screen.

• When the nonconformity created is made appropriate and resolved by the responsible persons, the End Nonconformity process can be started. Thus, the nonconformity is resolved and can be viewed on the Closed Nonconformities screen.

• The nonconformity processes you have created consist of the following sections:

- Root Cause Analysis: At this stage, a detailed analysis is started to determine what caused the nonconformity and the processes in which it occurred. The reasons found as a result of this analysis are determined by those responsible and these determinations can be scored. As a result of this scoring, all the reasons that score the highest or are identified can be accepted. This root cause can be transferred to permanent action. - Permanent Actions: At this stage, those responsible for the reasons specified in the root cause analysis are selected, and these responsible people determine the measures to be taken to prevent the nonconformity from recurring, and prepare and record the measures in a report. A deadline should be determined for this process and this process must be completed by the specified date. In this way, precautions are taken to prevent the nonconformity from recurring. - End Nonconformities: Nonconformities that have passed the root cause analysis and permanent actions stage are now resolved and any problems that may arise are eliminated. By choosing this stage, the nonconformity ends.

All these stages appear as notifications on the Process screen. And you can easily follow up.
